Saif Ali Khan drops his price

Saif Ali Khan who hiked his price like never before post the success of some of his recent films falls from the sky when endorsers are showing least interest to keep him at such an exorbitant price. As the global economic has turned downward, advertisers are now showing more interest to sign in new bees of the industry as they are available at affordable price and has a huge youth appeal than the older guys whose demand is sky high. To satisfy them has been beyond the reach of the endorsers. Saif came to understand that he is traveling at sinking ship and to play safe, he has dropped his price.

Afraid of loosing the ad to a new guy, Saif has dropped his fee for General Motors ad. He has also plunged his fees for other ads which he has been endorsing for a long time. He offered the same price to Lenovo also. The actor, who earlier demanded an astounding price of Rs 3 crore for endorsements is struggling to remain at the same price level of his beau Kareena Kapoor.

Really, newcomers have become a fear factor for the old and established actors.

Pataudi refuses to comment on Saif-Bebo’s wedding

Nawab Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi who was on a personal visit to his ancestral house in Bhopal refused to comment on Saif-Kareena’s wedding plan when media popped the question to him. Rather he advised them to throw this personal question to the couple as they are the right person to answer it.

"You better ask Saif and Karina about their marriage plans, instead of me. They would tell about it in a better way. They are mature. Now-a-days children don't listen to parents," Mr. Pataudi told reporters here on Saturday.

Tiger Pataudi was on a two days visit to Bhopal with wife and former actress Sharmila Tagore. Reportedly, he arrived in the city to take part in a private function and to resolve some property disputes.

On asking about contesting election from his constituency, Pataudi straightway replied that neither he nor any of his family members have any plans to fight elections.

Saif, Bebo to wed after two years

If you are willing to witness Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor’s marriage shortly, then sorry to say that you have to wait for two long years to see the sizzling couple in wedlock. The reason being Kareena and Saif’s tight schedule. They have lots coming their way and at present they are enjoying every bit of attention in the form of awards and film assignments.

On asking Kareena when she will get into matrimonial bonding with Saif, she replied, “It won’t happen for the next two years for sure. Am I crazy to get married now when so many wonderful things are happening to my career? Saif himself is ultra-busy trying to set up his production house. Marriage can wait. I’m just happy to have him by my side. I’ve got the best guy any girl can ever have. Right now I’m so busy I don’t have time to sleep properly. I haven’t even had time to move into my new house.”

Kareena is running short of space to keep the trophies, she quips, “My mother gets exasperated each time I bring home another trophy. Saif wants to know where I’m going to keep all of them. I’ve set aside a whole enclave for trophies and awards. I love looking at them. One day my children are going to look at them and be proud of me.”

She will be seen opposite Saif in Rensil D’Silva’s ‘Agent Vinod’.

Bebo throws party on Shahid’s birthday

On 25th February, Shahid Kapur turned 27 and as reported he celebrated the event with his close friends and relatives but debarred of his ex-beau Kareena Kapoor. Interestingly, the same evening when Shahid threw a homely party to his friends, Kareena Kapoor partied with Saif Ali Khan at his residence in Bandra.

A source adds, "When Kareena heard about Shahid's party at Sajid Nadiadwala's party on Tuesday night, she immediately decided to host her own at Saif's Bandra home though hers was a gathering of select friends like designer Aki Narula, her make-up artiste, Mallika Bhatt, designer Shabina Khan (who was also invited to Shahid's party), Amrita Arora, Malaika Arora Khan, Arbaaz Khan and a few others."

Says a source, "Shahid's bash was at a lounge bar of a suburban five-star hotel. The guestlist had Vidya Balan, Amrita Rao and Priyanka Chopra all of whom he has been romantically linked to! Meanwhile, ex-girlfriend Kareena Kapoor was not invited. Others included Farah Khan and Shirish Kunder, his Kaminey director Vishal Bhardwaj, Sajid and Wardha Nadiadwala, Ken Ghosh, Ahmed Khan and wife Shaira, designer Shabina Khan and trainer Abbas."

Shahid celebrated his D-day with dad Pankaj and step-mom Supriya Kapur, their children Rohan and Sanaa, Shahid's brother Ishaan (Shahid's mother Neelima Azim and Rajesh Khattar's son) his close friend from Bangalore, Shriram.

A source close to Kareena says, "What rubbish! Kareena didn't throw any party. She was shooting double shifts for Rensil D' Silva's next and some patchwork for Kambakht Ishq. Maybe designer Akki Narula threw some party but Bebo wasn't involved in it."

Saif Ali Khan to follow Aamir Khan

Bollywood hunk Saif Ali Khan wants the same body that of Aamir Khan. He has developed a great liking for Aamir’s eight packs abs in 'Ghajini' and therefore wanted to build up the same masculine physique for his upcoming flick ‘Agent Vinod’. To get Aamir’s body, he contacted Aamir Khan’s personal trainer Satyajit Chaurasia to guide him.

A source informs, “Saif plans to shed five kilos for building a lean muscular body since he will be doing some hard core action scenes for the film. Hence he is undergoing a strict and exhausting five-month training session to attain this particular look for the film”.

But very few know that it was Saif who suggested Satyajit’s name to Aamir. Aamir once revealed, “I wanted have this particular body so I called Saif after watching him in Race. I realized that he had become very muscular and he was looking good. It was he who introduced me to Satyajit.”

Aamir’s well toned body in 'Ghajini' has made many gals fall weak at his knees. Let’s see what new Saif does and how many abs he adds to his body.

Bebo miffed with Saif

Very often Kareena Kapoor turns her face away from Saif Ali Khan in anger. She again picked up a fight with Saif Ali Khan when he was taking too much time to come out of his van and resume shooting. Kareena Kapoor became irritated with Saif's delay and she was seen talking to him in an angry mood.

The incident took place during the shooting of Dharma Productions film, directed by Rensil D'Silva in which Saif and Bebo are playing terrorists. Due to excessive fog, they had to cancel their morning shoot and as they went for an outing to get some fresh air at the India Gate, fans halted for picnic made a mess over there to get a glimpse of their favorite stars. The duo at first did not come out of the van to avoid interacting with fans but finally Bebo stepped out. Looking at her, one could easily make out that something was wrong between the lovebirds. She did not attend her fans.

But Saif did not respond badly. He stepped out, waved back and smiled at the crowd. When the two sat in the car, Kareena was seen talking to Saif angrily.

Bebo, Saif's Valentine's Day plan

Like Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif, Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan will also not get time to spend together on this Valentine's Day. The couples will be busy with their respective shoots but that doesn't dishearten our Bebo at all as her tall, dark and handsome (This is the way she mentioned about Saif) is always with her and they don’t need to be together specially on Valentine’s Day.

"I knew that I'd be asked what I was going to do on Valentine's. I'm working on V-Day, and as it is, I don’t believe in all this. My tall, dark and handsome is always with me!" she says. Today, Kareena Kapoor is working round the clock and will not get any relaxation on that particular day to spend time with boyfriend. The case is same for Saif also, he too is working 24/7.

But both hardly will be missing each other on that day because whenever both are in India shooting in nearby location, they make a point to meet. Saif and Bebo is again in news for their on-screen kiss in Rensil D'Silva’s film. At first Kareena was little hesitant to kiss Saif but later on Saif's compellation, she became ready for the scene.

Deepika calls Saif a child

In such a young age, Bollywood glam doll Deepika Padukone is lucky to act with topnotch actors of Bollywood like dynamic Shahrukh Khan, handsome Saif Ali Khan and stunt king Akshay Kumar. Currently she is busy shooting with Saif Ali Khan for his first production Love Aaj Kal directed by Imtiaz Ali and her experience on working with Saif is so fabulous that she can't stop raving the actor. In his praise, Saif said, "It was fantastic working with Saif. He is brilliant yet he needs to be taken care of like a child."

Working with director Imtiaz Ali is a dream come true for Deepika, she said, "Imtiaz Ali was always on my wish-list of directors to work with and I am glad I am working with him so soon in my career." In the short period of her career, Deepika had taste both success and failure. Though she was little heartbroken with the box office result of Chandni Chowk to China, she accepted failure very sportingly, she remarked, "I would still count it as a great experience. If you work hard on a film or anything and then it doesn't do well, you are obviously disappointed but it was a great experience for me. I learnt a lot from it. It's an experience that pushes me to better myself and my performances."

Speaking about Love Aaj Kal, Deepika feels it will appeal the young generation, "It's a very contemporary take on relationships, the way couples feel in this day age. It's a very unusual film. Very real. It will connect with contemporary couples. I sure did connect with it."

Kareena is feeling home sickness

Ravishing Kareena Kapoor is a busy bee. As she became the most demanding actress of Bollywood, she distributed her time between films and endorsements and hardly finds time to spend with family. And the little amount of time that she hardly manages to get is bestowed upon beau Saif, romancing and traveling around the globe. Now Bebo is feeling homesick and she is longing to fly to her family.

In the last couple of months, Kareena has hardly spend time with her family. Round the clock, she remained busy with her projects. Now when she is feeling homesick, she called up sister Karishma and fixed up time for chitchat. And no sooner Bebo landed in Mumbai, she caught up with Lolo and both indulged in deep conversation.

Kareena has many projects lined up for release. She has couple of films with Saif and currently busy shooting with Salman for Main Aur Mrs Khanna.
