Mumbai, March 02: Actress Sonam Kapoor is certainly becoming a hit with several Bollywood directors approaching her for their upcoming ventures. But the lady also seems to have become the latest charm of big fashion houses and designers.

Reports reveal that Sonam has become the only B-town actress to wear an outfit specially designed for her by global fashion house.

Sonam recently looked like quite a fashion diva when she came to an award function wearing a specially-designed gown by Chanel. The actress said, "I just kept staring at the beautiful, basic but simple white gown they sent me. I think I`m the first Indian celebrity to be dressed by Chanel in Bollywood. I`m so excited. I felt like Cinderella before the ball. Never before have I been so excited about dressing up for an event."

According to our source, a lot of designers are comparing Sonam to Penelope Cruz. And the actress takes it as a huge compliment, and says that she wears what she’s comfortable in. Great going Sonam!

Sushmita’s ex-beau Randeep calls her ‘unethical’

Mumbai, March 02: From being a man who never used to get tired of singing praises of his ladylove- Sushmita Sen, to being a critic of the same woman, Randeep Hooda has come a rather long way.

Hooda, still a struggling actor is clueless on why Sushmita Sen is saying “nasty things” about their forthcoming flick ‘Karma Aur Holi’.

According to reports, Sushmita had previously alleged that the producers of ‘Karma…’ were “promoting the film by sending out sleazy stories” and had demanded that her bedroom scenes with Hooda be deleted. Insiders suggest that Sush does not want Hooda around if she is to promote the film. If this wasn’t all Sush had gone to the extent of calling ‘Karma...’ “not a dignified film” which has obviously not gone down well with any member of the cast. After Suchitra Krishnamurty’s criticism of Sush’s uncalled comments, it is Randeep’s turn to follow the same path.

In an interview given to a news daily the actor exclaimed “If you don’t want to promote it (the film), don’t promote it, but don’t go out of your way to badmouth the film. It’s highly unethical and absolutely unprofessional.”

Reacting to what Sushmita had accused the filmmakers with; Hooda said “I don’t see any sleaze promotion. By not promoting the movie, she is promoting it even more… so that just defeats her purpose.”

Ravishing Priyanka Chopra likes experimenting on her roles and looks. After exposing her well toned body in bikinis and minis in Dostana and Fashion, the lady is all set to shed off her glamorous look and go de-glam. In her upcoming flick Kaminay, Piggy Chops will appear as simple as she could.

"In terms of look, it's definitely not glamorous. In fact, you don't really see me wearing too much make up in the film," Priyanka said. Speaking about her character in the film, Priyanka says, "Sweety is a very real character. She is a college-going girl in her early 20s and we have tried to keep her extremely believable”. "We tried to ensure that the look fits the characterization," she adds.

On asking, did she worry about going de-glamorous in Kaminay, the lady quips, "Not at all. It was a conscious decision. I have always striven to do different things in each and every film of mine, be it with the character or the look. That's visible in films like Don, Love Story 2050, Fashion and Dostana. In continuation of that, Kaminay and What's Your Rashee (by Ashutosh Gowariker) will see me essaying different characters, far removed from what I have ever played. I am very excited about both!"

She stars opposite Shahid Kapur in Kaminay.

They cook, they do carpentry, make beautiful meals and artifacts. They pray, study and even watch films. We sat and ate their food. And I must say it was very good."

Accompanied him to the jail was Bhandarkar and writer Manoj Tyagi. Leading lady Mugdha Godse, who was also expected to join them stayed back due to security problem.

Jail is about a middle-class family boy working in the corporate sector and how, after one sudden incident, he goes to jail.
