My acting style is more like my mother, Abhishek

Bollywood actor Abhishek Bachchan hailed from a filmy background. Being a son of legendry stars like Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan, acting runs in his blood. Where film industry is run by glamour and style, Abhi devoid of all those woo elements created a niche for him. He has seen both flops and hits in short span of his filmy career. Being a son of two superstar, people resemble his acting with both but Abhi knows well whom does he resemble.

"Dad is an inspiration to the whole world. His creativity, dedication are legendary. He is a great source of inspiration. However, my acting style is more like my mother. I would like to believe that I have the best of both," the junior Bachchan told.

Abhishek is pining high hopes for Delhi 6 which is slated to release soon. He finds himself fortunate to work with topnotch veteran actors like Waheeda Rahman, Rishi Kapoor, Om Puri. He quipped, "Where will any actor get the opportunity to stand in the same frame as all these great actors we had in this film. It was an awesome experience."

Speaking about his character, he said, "I am playing the character of Rohan Mehra who is born and brought up in New York. Rohan has never been to India but the course of the film brings him to his ancestral home for the first time. The challenge of the character was to stick out and blend into the surroundings."
